Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

At what age will the immunisation be given?

In Scotland, girls are routinely invited to receive the immunisation at 12 to 13 years of age, during their second year of secondary school (S2). In addition, older girls are also being invited to receive the HPV vaccine through a one-off catch-up campaign.
