The World Health Organization (WHO) wants to help countries develop HPV immunisation programmes. This section of the WHO website has reports and statistics showing the effect of the virus and what is being done to prevent it.

Cervical Cancer Initiative (external link)

This is a group of cancer experts who want to raise awareness about the link between HPV and cervical cancer. The website is mainly for health professionals.

This site offers information about immunisation, cervical cancer and HPV.

Electronic Medicines Compendium, eMC (external link)

The electronic medicines compendium (eMC) is the definitive up-to-date guide for UK medicines information. The eMC provides Summaries of Product Characteristics (SPCs) and Patient Information Leaflets (PILs) for medicines available in the UK. SPCs and PILs are provided by the pharmaceutical company and approved by the UK regulatory authorities. It is updated daily and is free to use.
